アトラスの採鉱エリアから逃げてきたと言っています。
They claim to have escaped from the Atlas mines.
claim to：請求する、要求する、主張する。主張するはinsistのイメージで、claimはしっくりこないけど日本語的なクーレム（文句）のイメージに囚われ過ぎているだろうか。
山賊王：Bandit King
なんだと？ あそこは太陽王国の犯罪者が採鉱に派遣される地域だろう。

How did they escape?
手下：
大量の魔物が湧き出てきて、その際に見張りと魔物を殺して逃げてきたようです。
According to them, a lot of monsters just popped out of nowhere.They killed guards and monsters amid the chaos and make their escape.
According to them：彼ら（の主張）によると
nowhere：どこにもない、の意だがpopped out of nowhereでどこからともなく現れる。どこにもないから現れる＝あちこちから現れる。
amid：真っ只中に
chaos：カオス。無秩序、大混乱。
